I don't doubt your claims, but if the rate is really only 20%, well, fuck all that then, because that's not really "exotic" IMO. If I'm going to wear that armor in a boss fight, I'm doing it because I need the ammo, and don't want to blow through a synth.

Not just 20%. It also increases the ammo per pickup.

Without Heavy ammo perk: 1 Purple Ammo = 1 Rocket.
With Heavy Ammo Perk: 1 Purple Ammo = 2 Rockets.
With Ruin Wings: 1 Purple Ammo = 4-5 Rockets.

Five Gjallarhorn shots per purple when every enemy has a 20% higher chance of dropping a purple?
That's not just exotic, that's borderline game-breaking.

And don't even get me started on Machine Guns. We're talking well over a hundred rounds per Heavy... Heck, I'll show ya in a bit...

274 rounds per heavy for Corrective Measure.
Two Hundred Seventy-Four per...

There are times I wish it did stack, even with the ammo glitch. I would just equip Corrective measure, and hold right trigger until I win.
