House of Wolves: Would you Buy it if you didn't already? (Destiny)
I bought the digital guardian edition of Destiny which included both of the first two expansions: The Dark Below and House of Wolves.
If I had not done that, I probably would have still bought the Dark Below in order to see what these expansions would add. But I absolutely would not be buying The House of Wolves. This game is a cruel tease to me. Brilliant player control in a beautiful world with horrible story, AI, and loot mechanics alongside depressingly repetitive gameplay.
Is anyone else in the same boat here? Or am I the only one who feels this way?

I would. Will probably even pre-order Comet and exp 3 & 4.

Yes, for the raid.

Yes, for the raid alone.

Just for the new Sunsinger exotic.
Also for the Phobos crucible map. If that's PS4 exclusive I'm gonna be pissed.

I almost didn't buy the Season Pass, but I was riding a high from having just achieved Flawless Raider. The Dark Below was not worth the $17.50, so hopefully HoW can make up for that in a big way.
If I hadn't bought the season pass, I probably wouldn't be picking up HoW until after it releases and I can get a clear look at it's content.
As it stands, I currently do not intend to spend any more money on Destiny as a franchise. That could change, but it would take some actual effort on Bungie's part.

I need this in my life
Now I have even more incentive to get my Warlock to L20 before HoW. Right now I've been sitting around 13 for the past 2 weeks with little motivation to play more story levels and then grind up my Praxic and Osidian exotic gear on top of the 2 subclasses

A million times over yes

Doesn't mean I don't see room for improvement, but I'm just so excited for more Destiny.
I would buy it
Destiny to me is still an amazingly solid game that I really enjoy playing. The only thing that strips that joy is the lack of something knew. HoW will provide something new, which should enable to me to extend my joy of playing Destiny even further.

Just for the new Sunsinger exotic.
Sweet! An actual reason to get yourself killed! Always thought Fireborn was missing that.
I mean, seriously, kamikaze Sunsinger builds need to be a thing.

Just for the new Sunsinger exotic.
Maybe the idiot sunsingers who rage rez after being killed by a machine gun, rocket launcher or golden gun right after dying will stand a chance now.
I think I killed at least 6 of those people this week during the iron banana.
Bought it. Don't want it.
If I could gift it to someone, I would.
"That's not how we want you to not play our game." - Bungie.

Man, I haven't even played Mercury. I'm so excited!

Why don't you want to play it? Do you not like the game?

I was going to snarkily reply that you're just the only one who talks about it so much. But that's not actually true, of course.
As long as plenty of my friends are still playing when it comes out, then yes, I'm on board. I still have fun playing at this point, and new content isn't likely to do anything but help extend that a bit.

All those folks should be forced to play Krieg from Borderlands 2. Would do them a world of good.
Would not buy if hadn't already.

I would definitely buy. </bungie_fanboi>
I've really enjoyed the new expansion, especially the raid (on normal level, hard is just .. hard). My only complaint is it takes more time than I want to max level my stuff.

Yes. But...
We haven't heard anything official at all about it. We can make assumptions based on TDB and data mining. So I would say yes, but if I heard the content was basically another TDB, I would wait to hear what other players thought of it first.
Too soon to tell, but probably

Yes. I still enjoy playing the game and really want new content.

Maybe This One Can Be Beat With NO Players. AFK.

It's empty calories.
The backbone of the game is good but the lack of in game story presentation kills my interest and the grind is terrible. I did try though. Three level 29s.

Absolutely.

Sure.

Must have this.

Yes
Fallen are still my favorite enemy to fight. I'm excited to see what the Raid Boss will be.
I want to fight more archons.
