An exotic sniper that one random round freezes enemies in place. Instead of Icebreaker, think IceMAKER.

That thought has crossed my mind as well, heh. Playing a lot of Mortal Kombat X. Rather than a Sniper, I considered a Fusion Rifle, due to charge and effect, but maybe sniper would be good too, lol.

I actually have a "Four Horsemen" set brewing (not related to 4th Horseman), with MKX giving me loads of inspirations...
