Well, both this new character and the hive royalty one have hands with three claws. I can see the eyes being a fancier offshoot of the older concept art's. The general flow of the… uh… buginess also seems somewhat similar between the two. Just looking at the render I'd describe her, with her fancy head gear, and (very) vaguely poofy dress looking lower half, as a Hive Queen. Throw on a red cloak to cover up most of her and:
