Qodron is haaaard. (Destiny)

It is a hard fight, I agree, but the AI for the Eye of Qodron is frustratingly the same AI as all other Goblins, which means that sometimes it will just stay behind cover where you can't see (or shoot) it, and sometimes it will stay inside the spawn area where it literally cannot be harmed. Things like this about Destiny just mystify me. Bungie has scripted scores of epic encounters and they're no strangers to giving special units scripted behavior to make the fight flow in a desired way. I can't believe that "sometimes the players will be totally unable to do anything about the the Eye and they'll wipe" was a game design goal of this fight, and yet it seems like exactly the situation that unit scripting exists for. Of the 20 or so attempts it took my team to beat Qodron this week, at least half of those attempts were aborted because the eye couldn't be found or refused to leave his spawn. Three of those A-Eye fails were when Qodron had less than 10% health remaining. Almost as frustrating as dying to lag during Crucible matches.
