Yeah, I was saying as much to my team when we did it a couple nights ago. I never ran him that first week, but even as it is now on 32, you can just BARELY break yourself out without jailbreaker, IF you were at full health when detained and you have a decent weapon fully loaded. It seems to me that previously, getting out without jailbreaker must have been nearly impossible.
