I have no idea how you got 15 etheric light. I guess 3 possibles for nightfalls, 9 possible from 3 perfect ToO's, 6 from 34/35 Poe's? The IB this week can grant 6. So for the super-hardcore I'm sure that's feasible. Not for most of us.

I think the game is geared more towards mid-high level characters having something to do, not the elite raiders. If you only have one primary character, you've got enough content time-wise that 3 characters used to take up per week.

32/34/35 PoE, trials, Nightfalls, plus a bunch of PvP. And 28 PoE, weekiles, and dailies and bounties as needed with no extra participation. Add the old raids that can matter with etheric light... and there's a great deal to do with a single character in Destiny now, where there wasn't before.

So if you're running the high end stuff with multiple characters you're going to be way ahead of the curve on etheric light. But even then, I have 2 34s and a 33. But their stats suck -- it's all strength. My titan has 77 intellect and EVERYTHING ELSE is strength. It's kind of ridiculous. So I'm 34, but I still want 2-3 pieces easily for his main set, with an alt set for the other spec.

I've run VoG hard, crota normal, 2x32 PoE's, some IB (2 rank 3's, so x2 etheric light is all so far) this week, and I think 2-3 28 PoE's. I've played for probably 15+ hours this week, which is a good amount for me. And I'm not remotely where you are.

Partly this is a choice too--I'm not planning on running everything even with 1 character per week, it's just too much. This week the goal was a few etheric light and x2 headpieces for my titan and hunter, so I could use non-helm exotics. Worked out well, and I upgraded my VoC and Found Verdict to 365. Anything more is a bonus from here.

All that said, I'd love to have more etheric light. =)
