Not if you have virtually any other shotgun. (Destiny)

It's identical to the new Dead Orbit shotgun (which has a typo on the magazine size saying it's 6 even though it is 5), except you cannot reroll it. I would get that gun, and roll it for what you want if you like the look.

As for the fire rate, yeah, it's slow because it doesn't have full auto and isn't of the Swordbreaker type. As for the range, it's got a high base range but with no range perks, it's still lower than Found Verdict with its range perks, and just about every single other shotgun commonly used in the Crucible. Its impact isn't stupid high either.

Considering the number 1 thing in Crucible is range, followed by impact, followed by rate of fire, and it is mediocre in all of these things where Found Verdict is very good in all of these things, I would say not only should you not use it, but ANYONE who has a Found Verdict should not use it. If you have a maxed range shot package shotgun you also shouldn't use it.

For PvE, the number one thing is rate of fire. Because it doesn't have full auto, that's garbage. Don't bother using it there either. Let it sit in your vault.

It's possible in the all super mode they introduce in the next expansion replenish will become very useful, but until then, it's just not good enough.
