He's always trolling. 4th horseman is ridiculously impractical compared to Found Verdict in 99% of situations, yet it's his favorite shotgun!

Name one situation in which Found Verdict is practical but Fourth Horseman isn't!?

Killing a group of three captains in PoE level 35, round 4. Found Verdict does it faster and from greater range overall. 4th horseman reloads too slow and has shit range. You are mad vulnerable when you use it, especially against multiple targets.
