Introduce end of round trading!!! (Destiny)

A simple solution would be to allow fire teams to trade drops at the end of rounds. so before you go back to orbit you have the chance to trade these drops.

This makes very little sense to me. The person who agreed to this would have to be desperate. "Hey, pay $5 for 2 extra chances at exotics!" I'm not saying it wouldn't happen, but I think most people aren't THAT desperate.

Where were you during Halo 3?

Are you talking about people paying to have their rank leveled up? That's another example of a result that could be guaranteed. Nightfalls you can't promise even that they'll get an exotic.

There was a group that would shepherd you through levels - any levels - of Halo 3... for a price. I guess that's a 'guaranteed' result... but I'd imagine that anyone willing to pay for that service would be willing to gamble that 3 nightfall drops would give them better odds on something good than one.
