Shadow of Veils, LDR, Supremacy, Longbow Synthesis, Her Benevolence, Efrideet's Spear all have that much impact, and in the case of the spear, more.
Me and probablylast also two manned that encounter this week and we're awful. I think if you switch up your guns there you might have an easier time than you think you will. The nerf will hamper IB's utility there, yes. But that was never where it shone, I think.
