Weren't they called the "Seven Seraphs" initially? Does a brakeaway faction of Guardians start working directly for Rasputin?

Also, this gun is very heavy on the future tech style we see in his vault. I wonder if there will be a "ancient future tech" faction going forward like the different armories they are implementing.
