Acquiring TTK Exotics and Legacy Exotics (Destiny)

First, thanks Bungie.

However It's now apparent that- at least in the case of the Suros Regime- the TTK versions of legacy exotic weapons will possibly differ slightly in function and appearance then their older counterparts.

So...

Will we still be able to acquire legacy exotics in TTK? Will they be removed from specific reward pools, like Nightfall drops, thus making them harder to get? I'm still waiting for my Fourth Horseman to drop.
