1. "Incomplete Year One Exotic Bounties are auto-completed with their respective Vendors"

Does this mean that Exotic Bounties you have now are basically finished for you? I COULD'VE JUST HELD ON TO MY INCOMPLETE THORN BOUNTY AND GOT IT?!?!

Doesn't it just mean that like other new bounties, when you complete it, you don't need to manually return to the vendor?
