"Your Character Level will be grandfathered into your highest possible Light Level from all gear in your inventory and vault"

What happens if I have, say, armor that would put a Titan at 34.. but the only Titan I have is a level 1? Will they magically become a level 34?

What if I have one Warlock that's 34, and create 2 more Warlocks that are level 1? Will they all become 34?

Just saying, if you have been collecting armor in your Vault but never created that character, this might be the time to do it just to see what happens.
