Puzzled about my cloak (Destiny)

I got Strength of the Pack a looong time ago for my Hunter (when I was drowning in Motes) and love how it looks... but weirdness ensued upon loading the update. The Year 2 version is restricted to level 40 characters, so at first I was afraid I wouldn't be able to wear it. This morning I found my current version is still wearable, thankfully, but it's only 135 (out of a maximum of 170 for Year 1 gear) and thus pulling down my Light level. I don't see any option for infusing the old one either. *sigh*

-- Steve's not terribly pleased he might have to choose a different cloak to go Raiding.

PS: The new Knucklehead Radar looks pretty sweet, though. Look forward to earning that one in a few weeks.
