It not added light to non armor, and given use the ability to customize them with perks. Of this I mean the ghost and our class based gear.

I'm very perturbed that my Legendary Ghost is only a 3, same as the classic shell. Not happy with this at all.

It is infusable at least though.

True. But how much would be added? We can get a blue one that is at 160. Does that mean it gets boosted by 160?

Not sure. I know the point of it is that you can at least eventually get any infusable item up to the max, but no idea how much you have to infuse it with to get it there.
