2.0 Changes Not In the Patch Notes (Destiny)

Not including new content, hers is a list of things I've found so far that are not in the patch notes:
* Weapon perks now trigger audio cues and HUD icons when their perks activate (eg: Outlaw shows an icon and countdown timer along with an audio cue. Hawkmoon even makes a sound when a lucky bullet occurs)

They also seem to get a shine sometimes for something like Reactive Reload. Monte Carlo's sound really helped, because I'm always checking the charge, and now I don't really need to, so I can focus more on the fight.

* (Unconfirmed) Exotic engrams exist as a physical engram

You do get your rewards from the Court of Oryx as engrams, so this makes sense.

* Unleveled items are now leveled (bubbles still need to be "completed")

Not all, it seems, and apparently not the gear in the vault, I think.

* Swap weapons on your back in the Tower with Y/Triangle

They did point that out before launch, but it was indeed not in the patch notes.

* Weapons take longer to ready after blinking

That took a little bit to get used to, but it's a minor change.

Patrol has a difficulty setting.

Apparently Wolves have been added to Mars, but I can't confi.

I think Public Event Targets have had their health reduced. One guy and I killed one of the Cabal targets in less than ten seconds using a Monte Carlo and a Gjallarhorn.

Eris has been moved to the Hall of Guardians.

Amanda Holliday now has a different, more detailed character model.

Collection/blueprint Kiosks added.
