I think all orb generation may have been halved. I forgot to switch off of Nighthawk when doing the orb part of the Gunslinger questline and got 0 orbs for killing a normal enemy.

I think it is too. Also you're capped at 8 now I think. With the Crest of Alpha Lupi I was still only getting 8 orbs despite killing 5 majors at a time in the Undying Mind.
