Didn't the leaked contract settle this? (Destiny)

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the contract that leaked a couple years ago called for sequels every 3 years, with expansions filling the gaps in between. Does anyone else remember, or am I making that up?
It was actually every 2 years in the original contract.
