Bug? I've got No Legendary Marks (calling Slycrel & Vortech) (Destiny)

I'm pretty dang sure Slycrel, Vortech & I finished this quest together, yet... I have ZERO, ZIP, NILL, NULL, ZILCH, NADA, NONE, NO Legendary Marks. What gives? Sly & Vortech, did you guys get legendary marks for completing the setup patrol beacons step?
You must be level 40 to get marks. Were you under 40 when you completed them?
