Shoots slower than messenger, and the fourth shot actually decreases your fire rate while not having the same TTK as the Messenger. Has a great cracking sound, and I maxed it out in the hopes that the perks would improve my experience with it, but no dice.

After lots of frustration, I sharded it for the Marks.

Here's a game where I played around with it, but ended up just using the Space Glock:
