I felt your pain (Destiny)

I isolated the issue, RANDOS. I couldnt get these bounties complete, because I was relying on OTHERS. SO, I asked myself, Chaos, how can you win, without relying on others. Then it dawned on me, RUMBLE!

Once I started playing rumble I flew through those bounties. And you only have to finish in the top 3 for it to count as a win.

My advice, play rumble, its super easy.

That's my plan once I get to the other weapons, but I'm not very good with Auto rifles. I'm not confident in my ability to place top 3 while using ARs. Still might give it a go, though. Thanks for the advice!
