So... you get a loss token as you're flying in... you KNOW your team lost by a huge margin... and you STILL quit back out to orbit?

There's your problem. If you stayed in, you'd get reshuffled teams, AND a fresh game, pretty much guaranteed.

Not totally guaranteed, though. I had a string of games a while back where I kept getting dropped into the wrong side of a blowout. I'd lose the match and the game would break up teams because the score was so lopsided. Then it would just drop me into the end of another blowout. Happened at least three games in a row. Still, your odds are definitely better if you stick around.
