I suspect it's unlikely to get drops when you lose too.
I've played maybe 10 games outside of what we did together the other night (tuesday and wednesday). Just enough to finish that weekly bounty really. I've only ever seen that warlock bond I got drop, I never saw anyone else get an IB piece. I think 2 legendary engrams and that's it. I might try some tonight and see how things go. Probably most of the drops are gated to rank 3 or 4.
