This thing is good. I preferred the stranger's rifle perks, but for those good at the game, this ammo regen perk will be much better for you.

It's not as stable as the stranger's rifle, but still good enough. Reasonable recoil pattern.

It appears to be built for the raid, since precision hits come back to you. I just held the button down on warpriest for 45 seconds, almost no correction for recoil. However, for the second half, it will get replaced by Touch of Malice, obv. First half it's good.

It's very worth putting forth the effort.
