1000 Yard Stare at the Vanguard vendor has a good roll.

If you're into hand cannons, Byronic Hero is a good PvP gun. It has a really nice vertical recoil, so it makes followup shots quick and easy. Plus third eye is nice. I've had a lot of luck with it.

I'm God awful with Hand Cannons. I want to be good with snipers but I need a newbie friendly sniper rifle
