get rid of instant health regen on hammers, and its fixed (Destiny)

slow down the regen, or limit the number of times it can regen.
There should be no regen at all. The whole point of regen on a blade dancer is that you take hits getting in close enough to actually connect with your attack. Titans do not have that problem, and so should get zero regen on super kills.
Even on paper it looks overpowered: homing range based super that heals you. Yup.
