Just noticed this on IGN, a new trademark filed in association with Destiny for "The Taken King." Looks like Comet now has a name.

Interesting, if this is the Comet they didn't want to use "Plague of Darkness"

Can't read IGN at work, are they sure the IP isn't a new raid or quest? Is it mostly just someone speculating on a new trademark?

I don't think the names of individual pieces of content have trademarks, they don't usually.
