That quote is interesting. I can't see them locking off patrol like that, though.

They specifically mention that one of the missions is to place the bounty beacons that you use later in Patrol. I think Patrol will be available after that mission. Maybe defeating Oryx in the raid gives a buff for the rest of the week that helps you puzzle-hunt in the Dreadnaught?
