These weeks at Bungie (end of February-ish)

We're a little behind, but hey - that just gives you more to read! We missed Bungie's update from the 15th (the discussion was about the then-upcoming Rally Faction, and the fact that caps were lifted, along with more discussion of upcoming sandbox changes), and we missed last week's update (which had some updates to the development roadmap unveiled last month, along with emblem update info) - we're getting this posted just in time for Thursday's update THIS week, which we can't tell you about because we haven't read it yet.
