the revolving cylinder is a lot more efficient to reload than magazines/clips/whatever
The revolving cylinder hold more bullets than single-bullet rifles (duh)

Am I wrong in any of those points?

Ehh, yeah, kinda.

1. A cylinder, should you not have a special reloading tool, requires you to individually load each cartridge into the chamber. A magazine or clip is simple.

2. If by "single bullet rifle," you're referring to bolt action, then it depends on the rifle. A number of bolt rifles have internal magazines, typically holding five rounds or so. A number of bolt rifles have detachable mags. There are certainly many, however, that only store one round - in its chamber.

I'm sure bluerunner will arrive shortly to say I'm wrong. Which I probably am.
