Here's the stream.

Things to note in a nutshell...

• 335 Light Cap increase
  
• Prison of Elders brought forward to Year 2 (Level 41, with Challenge Bounties)
  
• New Blighted Chalice Strike against Taken boss, Malok.
  
• Winter's Run (Archon Priest strike) brought forward to Year 2 with exclusive drops and Taken Archon Priest variant.
  
• Variks has imprisoned Taken in Prison of Elders, he'll be the main quest-giver.
  
• "Challenge of the Elders" passage similar to Brother Vance.
  
• Playstation exclusive questline with Petra (with unique reward)
  
• Taken shader confirmed.
  
• Tomorrow's TWAB will include high-rez versions of images shown on stream.
  
• All weapons taken to be looked over for rebalancing.
  
• More subclasses being tweaked.
  
• Updated Director (POE Year 2 will be a separate Year 2 playlist)
  
• Y2 PoE has four new bosses, Sterling Treasure has no reward limit per week. Get Rewards as many times as you want (no keys required) (End-of-match and Post-game screen, similar to Trials).
  
• Level 42 Challenge mode for PoE (recommended Light 320), useful for getting to 335 (no matchmaking). Point-based, with four weekly challenge objectives giving bonus points (in addition to modifiers). Two week-long par scores with Guaranteed rewards (up to 335 weapons and armor).
  
• Mention of Professor Bromnigul's terrible PoE performance, lol.
  
• Challenge mode uses variants of the Existing Arena Bosses(i.e. Pilot servitor can now teleport around the map and drop mines). Three Boss rounds instead of five objective rounds w/ Boss).
  
• Five minute timer per round, Variks then starts depleting score (many ways to score points to accommodate all subclasses).
  
• Reinforcement phases based on Boss health.
  
• Bounties and Engrams can be obtained in PoE now.
  
• Exponential score increase per round.
  
• Checkpoints(!) added to PoE
  
• Individual score is for bragging rights, reward-score is team-based.
  
• Wiping resets score for round (no stacking points).
  
• Many ways to pad score (Assists, Orbs, Keeping Boss alive).
  
• 16 weeks of new boss/challenge combos.
  
• Year 2 Queen weapons Challenge rewards with new perk nodes (High impact sniper!)
