It very well could simply be something that was overlooked. But this shows it as at least Fall 2016. Wonder if Playstation just paid for another year?
It wasn't overlooked as much as... misinterpreted. The Y1 PS exclusives said at least Fall 2015, so everyone assumed the same thing would happen with Y2 exclusives as happened with them.
