Present-day VR makes me excited for 2nd gen VR. It'll be much better. Right now it's still fun to have and play around with, but it could be better.

In terms of visual quality yes, but here are inherent problems that are impossible to overcome without fundamentally new tech. Not saying it's worthless, as I'd spring in a second for Gran Turismo VR, but it's only good in very specific circumstances.

Assuming you can acclimate to a race game. Out of all VR I've played driving a car has made me the most motion sick. Eve: Valkyrie doesn't do it to me (unless I get crazy w/ my maneuvers), but put me behind a wheel & It's almost instant.

Hate to say it, but I use mine mainly to scare visitors with sharks.
