Yes, folks, I’m that far behind....

IIRC, it's the Weekly Bounty the provides you an Oracle Offering. Once you have it, bring it to the machine in the NW part of the map.

I have never yet done this.

Since the weekly bounty requires more daily bounties that can be done at one time, it takes more than one play session to do.

By the time I get the offering, I'm always ready to stop playing, and I say that I'll come back in a 3rd session and actually go to the machine.

And then reset happens and the Offering is gone and I have no interest in doing all that grinding again.

The requirements for acquiring the offering change week-to-week, IIRC. This time all I had to do was run like, 2 or 3 Blind Well runs and it was done. Also, don't wait to use the dang thing. Once you have the offering, it takes a few minutes to walk over to the building and then you use it. No combat starts or anything.
