Due to an issue with the Winter’s Guile and Wormgod Caress exotic gauntlets retaining increased melee damage after their intended timer cooldowns, they have been disabled until a fix can be deployed at a later date.

Sure, Gwisin Vest got to run rampant in PvP for ages, but Winter's Guile is killed immediately, despite it (and Wormgod's Caress) being mostly useful in PvE. I see you, Bungo.
