I like that there is a built-in record feature for the next Gen, but I would so much rather have Theater Mode.

Totally! It's easy and accessible for all, especially when developers either don't care or don't have the time and resources to build a native recording feature. With that in mind, however, I really enjoy how Bungie's theatre mode caters to artists and gameplay recorders alike with free roaming and first/third person viewpoints.
