Isn't Destiny shareware? (Gaming)

What makes Destiny not shareware? The free version has a limited feature set. You pay for the full feature set.
Because once you pay for a shareware game, you get the whole thing and never have to pay again!
They also don’t uninstall parts of themselves once a year.
