Gameplay might have been fine, but 343 came right out of the gate p*ssing all over everything.

Yup. The overall plot in H4 was....I don't know, I find myself completely apathetic about it. The new enemy race (don't even remember what they were called) weren't fun. I did, however, really enjoy the subplot of Master Chief dealing with his own inner struggle of being a war machine and the beginnings of Cortana going crazy.

But then Halo 5.

It was controversial in H2 that we played as Arbiter. But you're telling me...that in Halo 5, Master Chief has been tagged as a war criminal, and we are playing as a Spartan sent to hunt him down!? Aaaahhh heeeellll naaawwww. You ain't doin my boi MC like that! Boycott!
