You mentioned some information about the Ghosts that I have a different idea on. You said that our enemies could take our Ghosts by defeating us, however I get the idea from what I've seen and read so far that a Guardian is basically immortal because every time a Guardian dies his Ghost can resurrect him. So the only way for an enemy to steal a Ghost or kill a Guardian would be to incapacitate a Ghost.
