I personally witnessed a number of rainy matches on Venus, and I've seen video of snowy matches on Earth.

Myth and Myth 2 had CPU simulation for every single flake of snow on the screen, since they could put out moltov cocktails!

This is actually something I'd like to see in Destiny. Weather doesn't just affect visibility, but maybe you slide a little when you land after a jump, or your HUD fogs ever so slightly.
