About the complaint:
I agree with most of your proposals, but I think the "3 control points captures" one is too harsh. It will effectively lock down a team that loses a member or two even if they're winning.
About the story:
Heh, nice. Great spin on how to tell our usual MM hijinks.
About the question:
Odd that iconicbanana says the shockwave doesn't do damage, because I was almost sure it did. Alas, I am not primarily a Voidwalker anymore, so he probably is a more reliable source.
