Shouldn't a level 32 take basically zero damage from a level 27? At level 15 there was no chance in hell that I could fight a level 20 enemy in PvE. Skill really shouldn't matter at that point; the guy who hits me twice with Thorn should kill me well before I can blast him down with Suros. Instead, he's dead and I'm able to (barely) survive the damage ticks.
