Is it better to have a Forum thread, or an actual page of DBO. I've noticed looking at HBO that things like this are not a collection of forum posts but just different pages of the main site. The only difference is that we want something that is interactive with the community yes? Where they can comment or put in their own 2 cents about particular perks?

I'm just thinking of how big a thread could end up becoming with all the different perks and opinions of them.

Forum posts are not great for something that is permanent yet ever-changing.

Why not some kind of google doc?

someotherguy, not to impose any responsibility on you, but haven't you already done a good bit of quantifying values in terms of the weapons?
