It MELTS revive shields (Destiny)

Ottermack and I were playing Trials of Osiris a few weeks back, and we ran into a guy using Vestian Dynasty. Any time we were reviving each other, this guy would rush in and kill us before the revive animation was completed. I don't know if it's some kind of bug, but the sidearm seems to go straight through the revive shield.

Makes sense, revive shield is actually pretty weak compared to the regular shield. It can't even protect you from a headshot from a sniper.

Except there is usually a short period of full invincibility as you are just being revived... Vestian Dynasty seemed to ignore that as well.
