The wins/losses on the card get reset, but I believe your Boon/Mercy will stick around. A few weeks ago, I had set up a fresh card and bought all three, but didn’t get to play on the card for the rest of that week. When we won our first match the following week, the Boon got consumed and I started it at 2-0 because the Favor from the previous week got wiped out.
