Bungie used the term per account which, I assume, is the same as per player. Though I suppose a player could create two xbox live accounts (couldn't they???).

Hmm, then I am confused the other way. Are you saying vaults AREN'T per account after TTK? I think they would've mentioned that if that change was happening. That's something we would HAVE to know about before launch.
