Trials Tips: Bubble Bobble (Destiny)

I've been a Bubblebro since the beginning of time, and I find it is my best subclass for trials. It has so many versatile uses and it recharges quickly. Sometimes I can get 3 maybe 4 bubbles in a trials match (see Bad Juju). I have at least 2 armor setups that give me 100% INT and 98% DIS.

If you don the Alpha Lupi chest, you automatically make 3 orbs on super. I will also run the perk that gives me an additional 3 when the bubble takes damage. Supers for all!

Last man standing, no problemo. Just fly in above the enemy camping the orbs, and drop that bubble right on top. If you have a blindy bubble, they'll have no idea what's going on and you can blast em and get that revive.

Bladedancer, no problem. Armor of light and a shotty will take care of that too. Same with a rezzing Sunsinger. Golden gun incoming? Make him waste 2 shots and make you some extra orbs in the process.

I like to try and hold the capture point till the timer runs out and then pop a bub. Easy peasy win.

And don't forget those suppression nades. They pack a nasty punch doing 170 damage with a direct hit. The ability to bounce them around corners is nice too. Oh and did I mention shutting down abilities :)

Your cousin the Striker is your worst enemy though. When you see him rushing at you, you'll try to back out, but he'll get you 9/10 times. He might also trick you and shoulder charge you out of your bubble, even if he doesn't have a super. Now you are easy pickins. The worst part is that even if you have a suppression nade, it is hard to recognize an upcoming charge, decide whether to fly up and out or run forward to toss your suppressor, all before he makes the killing move. It's also hard to land and time a suppressor on a charging enemy because they have a small delay before exploding.

Nova bombers aren't quite as bad because you can usually see them coming and have enough time to let your bubble absorb the super. Ram Warlocks can be tricky too, they are just a strong if not stronger than you even in your AoL bubble.
