Cinematics can be skipped (Destiny)

Can you stop them from being skipped by other people on your fireteam?

I'm going to rage at anyone in my fireteam who skip the cinematics on the first play through if they can force me to skip them... Maybe I'll have to make sure to do them solo.

I'd really like a few people to test this. (I might not be on tonight.) My hope is that everyone on the team must vote to skip.

Fireteam leader does it I think. Works the same way going to orbit or backing out of matchmaking works.
